Location: Jackson (Jaycees) park
Difficulty: Easy
Terrain: Moderate sloped hillside
Time: Less than 20 minutes after you park.
Distance: Less than 300 yards from car to quest and back again.
Please bring your stamp, a stamp pad, pen and an old rag to wipe off the box/your hands

Take Washington street northeast to its end and then take Ciesler Dr. to Jackson park. Pass the demolition of the old swimming pool on your right and find the covered picnic shelter ahead. Go to the W.N.W. corner of the shelter and take a heading of ~ 280*. Walk 20 steps to the edge of the woods and find the path heading down hill into the woods. Follow this path until reaching a large multi forked tree lying in your way. Follow the trunk of the tree to its base which is a hollowed out stump. Look in this stump if you wish but you will not find GIVE A HOOT in there. Instead go about 6 steps to the next tree in line with the trunk and from there take a heading of ~ 160*. Go ~ 6 more steps to a large Oak? tree and look behind it at the base. There behind bark you should find GIVE A HOOT. Not the natural location for this object but use your imagination and visualize it much higher in the tree. Discretely do your stamping and please reseal the baggies well to preserve the log book. Rehide the black pouch as you found it and have a fun day letterboxing.
