From Ligonier, travel east on Route 30 to Route 381 South. Continue on 381 to Linn Run Road. Make a left to the park. The Adams Falls parking area is on your left.
From the Adams Falls parking area, cross over Linn Run bridge. Continue up the hill and to the left. Have a wonderful picnic in the pavilion! As you leave the pavilion, turn right onto the road. Continue a short distance to the sign "Dumpster Located at Lower Picnic Area". Make a right turn here at the sign. Follow the footpath past the picnic tables. Look for "J. Pappy's Trail" sign on the right. Bear to the left at the trail sign. You will need to step over a amall log on the trail. Continue on the footpath until you come to a BIG log across the trail. Sit down there and look to your left for a huge rock about 25 kid paces away. Look under the left side of the rock and you'll find Mrs. Darr's first grade class letterbox!
