DIFFICULTY: Very easy, but requires a little subterfuge
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: All 3 boxes in this series may be obtained without paying an entrance fee. This microbox is hidden out in the open, but even on one of the busiest weekends of the year, there were very few people around. We suggest leaning on the hydrant with one shoe in your hand as though you were checking for a pebble in your shoe. If a group goes by, you will appear sufficiently boring as to raise little interest!

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Being the royal heir to the family who has been the ruling world superpower for two centuries, and living an unbelievably opulent lifestyle is not all itís cracked up to be, you know.
I mean, it turns out that even though my own personal attendant and my cup-bearer were the only two people allowed to approach me from behind, someone wasnít watching my back!
Literally!
X-rays have revealed that I may have received a fatal blow to the back of my head while I was sleeping... HmmmÖ something fishy there, don't you think? Itís enough to make a guy take a vacation from palace politics and visit an aquarium...

CLUES: Begin on the southwest side of the aquarium. Find the plaque honoring Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Monsour. Walk to your right, counting about ten squares of concrete sidewalk. On your left, just before the beginning of the walkway ramp is a red fire hydrant. Dig into the dirt a little on the pyramid side of the hydrant to find a camouflage microbox. Please replace carefully in the exact spot so that future letterboxers will find it, too!
