This is a likeness of our first wedding gift, which plays the song by Sonny & Cher "I Got You Babe". Since Halloween is our favorite time of year, we chose this time to be married.
On Rt. 44 in Winsted, turn south onto Bridge St.
Take your first right and then your first left onto Pratt St. Follow it up the hill through two stop signs. Continue straight and pass Batcheller School on the left. Continue on this street until it turns to dirt. You can park here or continue to park at the first right hand turn off for a trail and park here. Continue down the main road unitl you come to a "T". Take a left. Continue until you come to a "Y", bear left at this "Y" and take the trail at 190*. At the pile of cut birch logs, stay straight. The trail does an "S" turn and go through a stone wall. Continue a few more minutes until you see a stone wall comes from the right and connects to the wall on your right to make a "T" intersection. A few more steps and you will be beside two large boulders on the right near an old maple tree. Take a reading of 300* to a leaning maple tree. At the bottom of this tree, under a log, you will find " Bone Heads".
Return the way you came.
