"The Lonely Pine" Letterbox
Placed by Puss n Boots, Age 11

Located at Hemlock Crossing Park
8115 West Olive Road, West Olive, MI.

Story
Once upon a time there was a very lonely pine tree. He was so lonely because when everyone came to the park they only marveled about the tall and witty trees, but they never ever seemed to notice him! So one day when Puss-N-Boots was taking a hike she noticed the poor Little Pine Tree! She felt sorry for it and decided to make a letterbox based on the little pine tree and she placed it right by the pine tree so it could feel proud and famous! Now thought Puss-N-Boots people will notice the little lonely pine tree!

If you want to make The Little Pine Tree happy then you should pick this letterbox to go find!

Clues
This is the way little Puss-N-Boots went and found her new friend The Lonely Pine Tree!

She started at the parking lot and followed the paved trail where she saws a vicious dog on the leash! Oh, it was just a sign, thank goodness! At the trail head she followed 4 where she ended up on the troll's bridge! Puss went up the stairs and followed the 6 not the 9.

She stopped to look over the overlook and started dreaming about all the fish that where swimming around at Hemlock Park, she then remembered her mission and kept going straight.

Puss liked it when the trail curved and whirled, she thought she might be able to sneak up on a tasty morsel! No food, just Eastern White Pines.

Now Puss went 280 degrees along the grassy path, she sniffed the ground and caught a little flying bug and ate it up.

She took a left when it was time. Then northwest along the right trail. Once she passed the spooky dead tree, she kept going forward. When choosing between 13 and 15, Puss made the right choice!

Where the trail goes up a little hill and west a moment, there, the Lonely Pine Tree!

Now, Puss hid the letterbox, low around the scaly beast tree and the Tiny, Lonely Pine Tree!
