Take Rt. 8 North, through Winsted into Mass. 2.4 miles past the Sandisfield MA state sign, turn right onto a dead end road for Colebrook Reservoir. Park at the yellow gate on the left side, just before the silver bridge.
Follow the trail until you come to a "T", take the one to the left, follow through a open area just as you get back into the woods on the right is a large oak, in front is a dead limb under a rock in the limb is "wreath"
Continue to a "Y" take the right path behind the 1st. large pine on left is the "tree".
Return to the "Y" and go right shortly you will see a large rotting stump about 20ft. off the trail on the right, in the center of it is "poinsetta".
Continue on trail, when it goes through a stone wall away from the road on the right behind a leaning dead stump under the root end you will find "ho-ho-ho".
Continue up to a tree that`s losing it`s bark and look left to a 20` high dead stump behind it at it`s base under bark "santa" is hiding.
Go back on the main trail to a very large pine tree, behind it in the "V" of it`s many arms is "happy holidays".
Return to your car. Or go to the right side and get the Symbols of Winter boxes.
