Walking Distance: a few feet

Kid Friendly: Yes.
Dog Friendly: Yes.

Please note: This is SNAKE, BEAR and MOUNTAIN LION country.

Per Cat-napurr - Unable to locate this box on 9/4/11. It may be missing.
Finding the Box:
This Park is 297.82 acres situated in Bear Creek Canyon. The City and County of Denver acquired the land in 1916. Facilities in this Park are a hiking trail, fishing, charcoal grills, a shelter house, and a picnic area. The Park is 22 miles west of Denver on Colorado State Highway 74.
Once you find this park, pull in and park. The very first parking spot on the right is a handicap spot. In front of the spots are large rocks/boulders. The 3rd large rock has many small rocks in front of it on the left side. This is where you will find the box. This rock is also located next to the "Site may be reserved" sign.
Please make sure to rehid this box well. This is a very busy place.
