From Salem go East on Hwy 22 toward Detroit.
Take a Right at the Gingerbread House. Then take the first right after entering Linn county. See the funny deer chasing the hunter up a tree? Find a parking place after going under the bridge. Walk down the boat ramp to the water's edge and walk upstream until you see the big stump on your right. Walk up the tree that is easiest to travers. Hint: it isn't the largest one - it has a small tree that hovers over it that is full of thorns! Proceed with caution (it's a little squishy) up to where all the downed logs meet. Look for our little fishy on the back side of the large forked tree.
