Memorial Park is about six miles from the center of Bristol village, and very close to the Bristol/S. Starksboro town line on rte 17. From the town of Bristol, drive E on rte 17/116 until they split, about four miles from the center of town. Rte 17 goes E (right hand turn if coming from Bristol village) up a hill (the road winds a lot). Keep going for almost two miles after the turn, and you will see a large pull off to your right after climbing a steep hill.
This is Memorial Forest Park. A path starts out next to a memorial plaque...

Down the forest path you'll go
Following close the waters
Listening to the roaring flow
The hair of river's daughters
Falling down their shoulders round
And stairs climb down as well
Until the passage you have found
Goes over the echoing dell
When its crossing you have made
Then peer towards your right
A stone there lies of larger grade
Of old and ancient might
Two larger trees embracing seem
A fir and hoary birch
Among the roots is where I deem
That you shall end your search~

The area can be slippery when it's wet, so take care. Please, as always, re-hide the box well! The inkpad may or may not be in working order, so you may have to use your own.

Happy Hunting!

P.S. Do not try this if there is snow...it's too slippery and dangerous.
