This handcarved stamp is placed near a perfect view of it's inspiration. It is also in the vicinity of stamp placed by Hawk (Cottonwood Falls River Bridge), so you can go for two in one trip.

Off of Highway 50 head south on 177 through Strong City and look for the signs pointing you west towards the historic Chase County Courthouse. Find Broadway and take it north. It will dead-end near the blocked off old bridge and you will see a park bench there. Park here. Locate the sidewalk on the east side of Broadway and take it back south. When the cement stiles end and there is a short cement wall, look for the 2 water meters on the other side (towards the intersection, but before the wooden rails begin). Between a couple of trees and the cement wall underneath a small piece of concrete should be the camo taped box at the base. Please double bag the logbook again. Try to buy a soda or something at one of the little shops, to support these mom and pop businesses. Let me know when you find it.
