This can only be reached by boat. Do NOT go on Sunday because it is a church and, well, they have services. Also, Saturdays there most likely are weddings. When you go leave the pets at home. AND DON"T LET ANYONE SEE YOU because this is a secret.

My pen ran out when I got there so I didn't leave one. I'll be going back again soon before I close up camp so I can put one in the box. Also, you need to bring your own ink.

CLUES:
After docking your boat, walk up the ramps to the chapel and stand with your back to the doors. Take a left (360*) to a little wooded area. There's a slightly worn path. Right there at the "path" is your first pine tree. It's not too big around. Fom there look for the double birch tree with chickenwire around it. Walk about 10 paces (310*) to a pine near the shoreline. It's hidden under a lot of moss and needles and pinecones behind a small root under this tree facing the shore.

Senic Notes:
If you walk to the birch cross on the rocky side of the island, you'll see two old great camps. Wenonah has the red roofs (look 240* w sw)
The other is where I live some of the time and it is known as Sekon. It's harder to see (look 300* w sw).
Since you arrived to this little island by boat, row yourself over to take a closer look. Sorry, you can't dock at either place because it's all privately owned, but it's rich in history.
