Go to the fountains.
Stand at the lion that faces the river (between the tortoise and the horse).
Walk through the fountain, toward the river, across the grass.
When you reach the paved path continue on it toward the river.
Take four steps down and go left at the rivers edge path.
Across the path from the first blue bench you'll reach, walk between the bushes.
Walk to the edge of a large concrete block and look down toward the middle of it's base and you will see a pile of rocks.
If you walk down to where you were looking you will find the letterbox underneath the pile at the edge of the block.
