CURRENTLY I HAVE THE BOX TO REPLACE THE LOGBOOK. I WILL TRY TO REHIDE SOON 11-30-09.

ANOTHER CHANGE, SOME TREES WERE CUT DOWN AND THE COUNT CHANGED PLEASE CHECK NEW COUNT OF TREES AS OF 10-14-08.

REPLACED 7-22-07, CLUES HAVE CHANGED.

Park name: Three Meadows Park, Perrysburg, OH

Directions: I75 to exit for Rt 795 and go west. Close to the exit is Simmons Rd go south. At the first street turn right (Brookdale Dr) don't go past the No Outlet sign. Next street is Sandalwood Rd East, turn left and follow the curve to the right at Bridgeton Lane turn left. At the stop sign turn right, this is Three Meadows Dr. There is a parking lot to your left by the boat house.

Difficulty: easy and fun, must be stealth it is a busy park. Be sure to bring along a stamp pad.

Park in the lot by the boat house and walk towards Three Meadows Dr and you will see a paved walkway. You can rent a boat if you like or just wade (only) in the water. Once on the paved walkway head towards the beach area. Once you are close to the beach house there will be a wooden bridge to your right. Cross this bridge and go to the tree line behind the picnic area on your right. Walk along the tree line past 6 tress, 2 bushes and then 17 more trees. Your prize is hiding at the 18th tree, the south side of the tree the stump jutes out and the box is nested in there, please be sure to use the loose piece of stump to cover it well. Please be careful that no one sees you and be sure to cover the box very well so it cannot be seen in any direction. BE SURE TO REHIDE THE BOX WELL, IT JUST FOUND IT (10-20-07) OUT IN THE OPEN WITH THE LOG BOOK MISSING. IT IS ALL WELL AND GOOD NOW.

This park has many things to do, before the bridge you can go swimming for a small fee. Or past the box area there is a horse shoe pit (probably have to bring your own horseshoes). And there are plenty of areas for a picnic and play areas for the kids. And if you brought your K9 friends along they can swim anywhere (except the beach area), most people swim their dogs by the boat dock. Just be sure that they leave the ducks alone. Hope you have fun in this park, if you don't it's your own fault.

Please let me know if the box needs any attention, babsbuggy@yahoo.com
