has now gone missing 2 times....box is retired until july when i can replant in new area

Location:
Bayville Farm Park..home of the "disc golf course"

directions...from Va Beach oceanfront:
go on shore drive east towards Lynnhaven Bridge...go over the bridge......soon you will seen Lynnhaven Marine boat sales center on your left...followed shortly by a 7-11 on your right at a traffic light....Go through this light to the next light..this is First Court Road...Make a left at this light....You will travel .4 miles down this road, making your 3rd right hand turn into the park's main entrance...you will see 2 signs, one says "Bayville Farm Park"..the other says "Disc Golf Course"..the entry way to the park has curved rock retaining walls on both sides...Once you make this turn, you must immediatly turn right or left....GO LEFT into the smaller parking lot..you will see a fence and dumpster straight ahead.....go off to the right and park near the small rock wall w/ shrubs...here you are...

BackGround:
you are about to look for a letterbox, with 2 stamps. My daughters each drew a picture for me to carve and hide for them, and check its progress...I hope this box is active for many years, so we can let them enjoy this and one of our favorite parks in the area...so PLEASE....rehide well upon finding...This is a busy park at times, be descrete..let no one see you...Morning searching or weekdays are best....Enjoy what these "2 sisters" have helped create..Thank ahead of time...

Clues:
From the parking lot.....you will see a rock wall w/ shrubs. To its left, you will see a large wide concrete "driveway", that is really a path...to its left, you will see a tall light that illuminates the lot at night. If you see all this..you are in the right area. Now, stand where the concrete walkway, and the parking lot meet...to your right, the path twists and turns...we are not going that way....instead go straight 100 steps through some tall trees. At the 100 step point, you will see another, taller rock wall with a bench in front of it. From where the rock wall starts, walk 70 steps along the back of the wall....Count these step while staying with-in 2 feet of the wall (wall should be on your right side)..If done right you will see a large tree that is touching the rock wall at its base.....on the other side of the tree at the bottom, is a small hole, that has a short stick wedged in it, as well as some pine needles...remove these..and reach in a bit, to recover the box......Stamp in, and REPLACE AS IS....there are horse-shoe pits with-in 30 feet of this location.....if they are being used, please be respectful and come back when you can do this without being seen.....Thanks again, and have fun at the park....its my kids favorite every year on vacation!
