This box is hidden at The Berry Barn, a lovely little restaurant/gift shop/u-pick berry farm at 830 Valley Road, just 7 miles south of Saskatoon. http://www.theberrybarn.com/ Once you’ve had your slice of pie and coffee, walk out to the back of the Barn, facing the river. Walk across the patio toward the right, but don’t go down to the beach that has the warning signs and large piece of driftwood flanking it. Instead, walk down the grass to the right, and you’ll see a break in the trees leading all the way down to the river. Walk down to the water and turn left. You’ll see piles of broken concrete foundation chunks: there’s one on the very left with a pale orange stripe of spray paint. The letterbox is under that rock. Rehide it well and cover it up with another rock. This year, the river flooded well past the height of the letterbox. However, given that it’s the first time in 200 years, I figure it’s safe for a while...
