From I94, take exit 2 at Hudson, go south on County Rd F and follow the brown signs for Kinnickinnic State Park. Follow County F 8.9 miles. Turn right to head toward the park and left for the park entrance. There is a $10 fee to enter the park. At the fork, turn right and go all the way at the end of the road to the wooded picnic area. You will see public restrooms, a state park sign and a waterpump. Take the trail to the left marked with a purple arrow. You will walk for a while (more than half a mile) for there are no identifying characteristics along the trail. When the trail forks, turn right onto the red trail. A large tree on the left will lean over the trail toward your right. You will come to a clearing. Shortly afterwards, on the right, are a small grove of white birch trees. Head into the woods at the birch trees walking at 100 degrees. You will find the letterbox in an indentation in the ground (about 8 feet in diameter) 60 feet off the trail.
