Difficulty: easy - nice scenic walk

Driving Directions: Take Route 1 in No. Attleboro to
Rt. 120. Follow Rt. 120 past the reservoir and turn right
onto Ellis Road. Park on the side of the road just after
turning onto Ellis.

Clues: Head east onto the dirt path towards the reservoir.
Turn left onto the path and follow down parallel to the
reservoir. You will see old Railroad stone stairs on your left. Right before this, bear right up the dirt hill onto the path.
(Be careful of the poison oak on both sides of the path.)
Follow the trail for about 1/3 of a mile. You will see the
cowfield on your left and the reservoir on your right. The
path will turn a sharp left up a small rocky hill. Go up this hill and turn left onto the small grassy area surrounded by oak trees. Turn and face the cowfield and the twin oak tree. Then turn a slight left and take 25 paces down the grassy area to the rocks in front of the barbed wire fence. Turn left and look under the triangle
rock in between 2 oak trees to find your treaure.

Enjoy the view!

Travel back the way that you came or continue to follow the
path which will take you out onto Metcalf Rd. Take a right from the path and follow down Anawan Rd. Follow to the end and turn right onto Rt. 120 and then take a right onto Ellis Rd. after the reservoir.
