This box is located at UPPER Treman State Park.
The directions lead you on a fairly short, easy path - accessible for young & old, dog friendly.
There is sometimes an admission fee to enter the park.

Park in the lot closest to the Old Mill.
Face the picnic shelter.
Follow the trail out of the parking lot between two old millstones.
Cross the bridge to your immediate right.
Follow the level dirt trail along the edge of the stream until you come to a stone bridge on your left.
Cross the bridge.
Stop in the middle of the bridge to play Pooh Sticks if you like!
Turn right on the other side of the bridge and keep walking straight ahead to the farthest edge of the picnic area.
At the edge of the woods, cross over the wooden footbridge.
You should see a sign for Red Pine Trail.
Behind the sign to the right, you will see the roots of a fallen birch tree.
Look behind the roots!
