START at Kate Wickham Elementary School on Oakdale Avenue.
This letterbox was planted by a young Wickham wizard to help introduce the art of letterboxing to local families. This is great for kids and those just starting out. The hike is short, and clues are easy to follow.
Start on the blacktop behind Kate Wickham school. Find the USA map and Hawaii will point the way to a red fire hydrant just 30 paces (2 steps = pace)beyond the fence. Find the trail marked by #1 that leads down to the 'Wizards World'.
Continue on the magical trail, across from marker #8 you will find the 'Wizards cave' sneak past the cave and continue to Marker #11 - "whoops you've now gone too far into the future". At marker #11 turn around and go back across the 'Wizards Walkway" and reach down to your right under the last 'Magical Board'. Stamp in - then please return the box out of site.
Continue up 'wizard hill' past markers #12 - #16 and at the top you will find:
W = wise
I = interesting
Z = zippy
A = awesome
R = responsible
D = delightful
S = super students.
