While you're browsing through this historical area, go up the stone stairs to the Armory Workers Apartment. Stand on the wide landing and look left. You will see a lamp post. Look in the corner of the stairs nearest the lamp post. There are stones behind a metal railing post. Lift the flat rock and the microbox is under the rock, behind the glob of cement.
Please be discreet. Sit and enjoy the view while you wait for any fellow tourists to vacate the area.
