Travel west on Route 20 into Russell, Ma.until you see a large green sign posting "Route23"on your right. This sign is right next to a street sign for Mt.View Terrace.Across the road from these markers is a pull-off area large enough for 1-2 cars. Park there and enter the path between two yellow cylinder blocks. Follow the path about a 1/2 mile until you see a rock in the middle of the path. To your right will be a rocky stream. Walk about 12 feet to the right from the rock. On your left, on a small hill, you will see a large rock in between two birch trees. One is a full tree and the other has about 1/3rd of the tree left. On the other side of that rock, you will find the box. Remember the bug spray and orange blaze in the fall.
