This three box series is now one box. The Suburban Tree is the sole survivor.

Very easy walk around a small neat park overlooking beautiful downtown Unionville (I know... I know, it's really Farmington)

Driving west on Rt.4 take a right onto Park Pond Pl. after Rt. 167 and the Mobil station. Park out of the way as much as possible, this is a street.

Walk in at the Suburban Park sign, going up a little hill, at the top bear right (straight). At the bottom of the downhill keep a sharp lookout (right away) to the left for an old foundation. I'm assuming that this was once a silo, I had a box at this location but it was vandalized once and then went missing, you should still take a gander at the silo, which is really a fountain (?) and now has two benches.
At the top of the next uphill bear left, ignore paths on right and left. Pass a large knobby tree on the right and then a cellar hole also on the right. When you come to an intersection (or a T) with a path merging from the right, go left 65 steps (the brook will be below you on the right) to V shaped log benches (one is in sad shape and has fallen over)overlooking the brook. Standing in the V, site 80 degrees to find the stump the Suburban Tree letterbox lurks behind (this is a much steeper bank than I remembered it to be, use extreme caution getting to the box).

Retrace you steps or go exploring.
