Starting in St. Helens, OR, head north or west on highway 30. You'll go through the towns of Columbia City and Deer Island. Shortly before reaching the former location of Trojan Nuclear Plant, there is a road to the left called Nicholai Road. Don't take this road, go about 1/3 mile further to Neer City Road. Turn left here and drive up the hill. Follow the signs to Neer City Cemetary, and park outside of the gate.
This is a very old cemetary in a very peaceful location. There are many children buried here, and I thought they might enjoy a silly ghost to keep them company.
The clues:
Locate FOSTER. From the BROSS side plot a 330 magnetic heading to the female Ilex opaca.
I don't think that the Neer City Cemetary Ghost is in any danger of being found out. There isn't much to camoflauge him with, as the cemetary is well cared-for. Please replace the ghost as you find him.
