From Ashland take hwy Y east to South Shelton Lane on the south side of the hwy. This lane enters the University of Missouri Basket Wildlife Research Area. Follow this road until you cross a bridge over Cedar Creek. Just past the bridge you’ll find a parking spot on the left. Park and take the trail into the woods heading roughly east. Quickly you’ll cross a small wooden foot bridge and begin going uphill to where you’ll find a wooden self-
closing gate that enters into a large field. Enter the field heading roughly north east following a soft trail and find the first brown plastic trail marker (these may be missing from time to time, don’t worry). Head down the hill to the pond, then uphill heading east. At the top of the hill the field narrows and the trail enters the woods with a tagged sycamore on the left and a bound cedar on the right. From the sycamore take a bearing of 135° 32 paces to a small outcropping. From this rock, go straight south 8 paces more to a larger outcropping. Stand
on its south side and face north. Your Flying Tiger is hidden at waist level on the right behind a removable rock. Please replace the rock well when you’re finished.

Please be discrete in your LB and prudent in your re-hideation and contact me after your find.

Enjoy!
