The box contains a bunch of self-addressed, stamped postcards, stamp pad, rubber stamp and log book. Please take a postcard, stamp it, write on it, draw on it-- whatever, and mail it to me from your hometown.
To get to the letterbox, take the Paseo de Peralta on the northside of the Plaza to Otero St. Turn north on Otero, then east up Kearny. Watch for a sign for Old Fort Marcy Park on your right. Park and walk toward the center of the circle drive where you will see a small monument to L. Bradford Prince. Facing forward from the side which has a portrait of Mr. Prince walk to the city hiking path. Cross the bridge and walk about 35 paces. Examine the wall on your left. Remember the old Chinese adage, "nothing is lost on top of something else."
For those of you who are also geocachers, the coordinates for this are N 35 41.404, W 105 55.812.
