Lake Mineral Wells State Park offers rock climbing, fishing, boating, hiking, equestrian, and bike trails. There is a multi-use trail that is 11 miles long. It is a double track, natural surface trail with gentle grades. The Primitive Campground Access Trail is 2.5 miles one way and steep grades occur the first 1/2 mile. The primitive trail is for foot traffic only and while it is much more difficult, it is a lot more fun. This microbox is approximately 1/2 mile down either trail. I used the primitive trail and the microbox is placed at the first junction where the trails cross each other. The microbox is located in the hollow end of a fallen tree trunk (covered by a large rock). The tree is approximately 17 steps south of the multi-use trail on the primitive trail. The hollow tree is about 2 feet off the primitive trail on the east side.

Please rehide well and let me know if you found it!
