This box is home for maintance... will replace soon...

This Letterbox is in Menotomy Rocks Park in Arlington, Massachusetts. The entrance is on Jason Street at the intersection of Brantwood. This is south on Jason Street off of Massachusetts avenue. There is no parking lot, instead you may park along Jason Street.

From the entrance at the stone wall walk to the pond and then around the pond loop (either way) until you reach a LARGE field with a playground at the far end of it. Walk down to this playground. While at the playground, look across the field to your left and you will see a path leading into the forest. Walk into the forest along this path. Lookng to your right, you should right away see a cliff-like rock formation. Go off the path, climb the hill. Head toward the very large embedded flat rock where it looks as if it would be easy to continue over the hill (this is the place where the plateau starts). At the flat rock turn left. (be careful, leaves on the hill can be slippery) Heading in this direction you should be facing the cliff-like rock formation and walk toward it. Before long the ground you are walking on will turn into a fairly narrow path. On the edge of the cliff (beware of sharp rocks on the path) looking to your right you should see a stump with horns. Climb over it into the small area surrounded by rocks with the cliff face jutting out above you. Look down and you should see a pile of leaves + twigs covering the letter box that you seek.

Please cover it as it was covered before so it can't be seen.
THANK YOU!
