This letterbox is hidden in Homestead Park, which is located off Homestead Road. Find directions at http://chapelhillparks.org/rentals.php
From the parking area, there are 2 paved paths that enter the park. One begins near the fenced dog parks, the other near the fire hydrant.
Take the trail near the fire hydrant down the steps and past the basketball court. You will be heading toward the baseball fields. Follow the path to the bridge.
You will find the letterbox hidden under the bridge, on the far right side.
Please be very discreet when stamping in (this is an extremely busy area!) and re-hide the letterbox carefully when you're done!
