Difficulty: Easy
Time: 15 minutes. Distance ~ 100 yards round trip
Please bring your stamp, a stamp pad, compass, pen and an old rag to wipe off the box/your hands.
The "Safari Man- On The Highway" series depicts things one might see as they drive the highways and Interstates of the U.S. These are targeted mainly for rest stops but might pop up anywhere. This one is titled Haulin The Load. Happy traveling!
Clues:
Find the rest stop on Ohio Route 33 about 4 miles N.W. of Logan on the N. Westbound side....close to the Ohio Route 180 exit. Park in the first Auto parking space by the Trash can. From this trash can take a heading of (approx.)
~ 075* and go past the picnic table to the Grill, without a grill, table, beyond the picnic table. From the grill table take a heading of ~ 090 and go about 15 steps to the back side of the yew bush, which is close to the fence, and also behind the large maple. The HAULIN THE LOAD letterpouch is about 4 feet up on the back side of the yew. Please be discrete when retrieving and replacing this pouch and reattach it concealed as you found it.
