A placer frustrated at the lack of traffic to one of his boxes once remarked, "I'd have been better off if I'd planted it behind the Pepsi machine at the pavillion!" Perhaps.... It's definitely a theory that deserved to be tested. (And if you reach the gathering & find there IS no Pepsi machine--well, probably somebody will have a cooler....)
