***Missing***

This box is dedicated to Kristal & Ron. They are baseball fans who have provided lots of Arizona letterboxing fun. This box is large enough to hold hitchhikers.

This is an easy drive-by on the south side of the Bank One Parking Garage for Chase Field, where the Arizona Diamondbacks play baseball.

The Arizona Diamondbacks played their first game at Bank One Ballpark on 3/31/1998. This is the only baseball facility in the world to have a retractable roof, air conditioning, natural turf and a swimming pool. It took 28 months to build and it cost $354,000,000.

The Arizona Diamondbacks won their first World Series Championship in 2001, against the three-time defending champions New York Yankees. The Diamondbacks franchise is the youngest to win a World Championship.

DIRECTIONS: From I-10 take exit 145 – 7th St. and head south to Buchanan and 5th St. You’ll see a ticket gate to the parking garage on the right. Park at a meter along here (one coin is plenty of time).

CLUES: Walk through the ticket entrance, staying along the garage. There are 2 raised planters, then a row of bushes planted in the ground. The box is under the first bush. Of course, it will be very busy during game time, so please be very discreet. Stamp in your car, and then tuck box back under bush well.
