To find this letterbox get off of Route 3 in Marshfield/Pembroke at exit 12. If coming South on Route 3, turn right off the exit, if coming north turn left. At the stop sign for CTS/gas stations, turn left on Oak/Union Street. Turn right onto Pine Street, follow to the end and turn LEFT on to 3a (on your right will be St. Christine’s church). Take a quick right onto Canoe Tree Street (passing a cranberry bog on the right). Follow Canoe Tree Street to the end, turn right onto Pleasant Street, turn right on to Eames Way. Follow Eames Way past where Eagles Soar following the road until it ends. Park on the road and the path begins at the green barrier where Eames Way turns to dirt.

Follow the path/dirt road up the hill and around the bend. The main path continues straight, but on the right about 100 yards a grassy path will veer off. Follow this grassy path to an intersection with another grassy path, continue straight and on your left will be a large gray boulder. The letterbox is hidden behind the large boulder. You can turn around to return home or if you continue on this path until you reach the clearing that the power lies run through, turn left and go straight up the incline until you reach the sandy path and turn left. This is the dirt road continuation of Eames that the adventure started with. Don’t be fooled by maps which show Eames Way as connecting through; the road is not connected/paved through.

We hope you enjoy finding our letterbox. It was placed on 5/25/06 by our Brownie Troop. The trail is very easy, but trust me it was very challenging keeping a troop of girls together even on this easy path.
