The CEMETERY SERIES by BKshadow
Please locate other boxes in this series by searching my trailname.

I find cemeteries intriguing, especially the very old ones. For letterboxing, cemetaries can be appealing places because they are public areas that are usually desolate. This series will lead you to hidden-away country cemeteries and large city cemeteries.
I hope you enjoy the adventure - I sure did!
My only rule is to be mindful of those who 'live' there and respectful to their visitors. Ex: Do not letterbox during a funeral service. If people are in the cemetary, I usually just wait them out and return later.

ALLISON

Find the intersection of Hwy 25 and Hwy 1078, AKA Bennett Bridge Rd. Travel until the first left, exactly 7/10 of a mile. The next left is Allison Cemetery Rd.
Get out the car and take a gleam,
find brick pillars and stand in between.
Direct your sights to 70 degrees,
and see 2 large oak trees.
The southernmost oak is the one to measure,
but no need to climb - it's an eye-level treasure.

Please rehide better than you found it and make sure container is sealed tight. Contact placer if box needs repair. Bring your own pen and ink pad.
