The CEMETERY SERIES by BKshadow
Please locate other boxes in this series by searching my trailname.

I find cemeteries intriguing, especially the very old ones. For letterboxing, cemeteries can be appealing places because they are public areas that are usually desolate. This series will lead you to hidden-away country cemeteries and large city cemeteries.
I hope you enjoy the adventure - I sure did!
My only rule is to be mindful of those who 'live' there and respectful to their visitors. Ex: Do not letterbox during a funeral service. If people are in the Cemetery, I usually just wait them out and return later.

PILGRIM'S REST

At the intersection of Hwy 437 (Lee Rd) and Hwy 1081, you'll see a sign for Pilgrim's Rest Baptist Church.
Find the cemetery and scope the place out.
I hear the preacher is mean, so don't give a shout!
He lives in the house nearby so be very discreet,
look out for observers when you come off the street.
There's one raised tomb in the center of the grounds,
search it's base for glory abounds!

Please rehide better than you found it and make sure container is sealed tight. Contact placer if box needs repair. Bring your own pen and ink pad.
