[THIS BOX IS CURRENTLY MISSING 7/4/2007 - WE PLAN TO REPLACE THE BOX, BUT DON'T GO YET]
The box and stamp were designed by Mady, Sarah and Ginny (with minor production help from Trey) in commemoration of the grand opening of the Belmont Farmers' Market on Thursday, June 15, 2006. The Market is open every Thursday, 2:00 - 6:30 PM, through the summer. You don't HAVE to find the box when the Market's open, but if you do, you can get some great local fruits and vegetables!
(And buy some great seafood at Frankies Catch of the Day!)
THE CLUES (in Haiku, of course):
Wow! New to our town:
The Belmont Farmers' Market.
You must find its site!
In Market's middle:
Stand right next to tall black pole.
Face south-southwest-ish.
Twenty-five paces.
It's a good sign if you know
How much parking costs.
Find the V tree trunk,
With rocks and leaves behind it.
Here is your treasure.
Stamp in! It's Thursday?
Buy some great local produce!
Please re-hide box well!
