From Hwy 175, take the Kemp exit. Business 175 and 9th both lead to downtown Kemp (Main Street). Find the police station. when you stand in front of the police station, you can see a free standing jail cell which has a historical marker. In the left outside corner of the brick wall, there is a crack in the brick just big enough for a match box covered with black duct tape. You found it! Now go around the corner and have an icecream!
