Follow Main Street in Easton until you
see Sullivan Ave. Once at Sullivan Ave, after
passing the Children’s Museum, on your left
will be the Easton Historical Society. Park
there. While walking towards Main Street
turn left to the special place where
heroes are remembered. Look at the three
big stones, on the middle stone is a
description written by Rudyard Kipling.
Look at the third line, then look at
the first word in the third line. Next
look at the first letter in the first word
on the third line. That letter is used
twice in the last word, the first time it’s
used at the beginning of the word, the last
time is at the end of the scrambled word.
The words to unscrambled are below:

OG DBNEIH ETH OTNSES Use the space
below to unscramble these words. Then,
do what they say.

Once you’ve done what the code says to do,
look for the stream, and follow the water
to the left where you can no longer see
the stream. Look across the street for the
number 19. Follow the numbers and stop at
number three. Now cross the street. You
should end up across from where a white fence
ends. In about ten leaps, [66 paces] you should
end up at a metal pole. Follow the narrow path
to the left of the metal pole until you see
a big branch which is on the left side of the
path.[Don’t worry if it’s not there someone may
have moved it.] Continue walking past the
branch all the way to a big rock [which is
also on your left.] Once at the rock , stop
to listen for the sound of rushing water.
Follow the noise until you’re standing in
front of a bridge. Take a couple steps
backwards and facing the water there are two
rocks (medium sized) on your left. Face the
rocks, and do a 180. In front of you, you’ll
see another path. Follow it down the hill.
If you see a big orange rock in the water to
your left, you’re in the right spot. Walk
farther down the path until you’ve reached a
place where there are two trees; one on your
left, one on your right. You’ll find the
letterbox near the tree to the left.
Please put the letterbox back hidden
where you found it. Thank you.
