Tuxedo park is located on Tuxedo Ave just south of Brookpark road in Brooklyn Hts. From I-480 West exit at Brookpark road turn left off the exit ramp and at the first light make a left, pass over the bridge and straight into the park. This city park has playground equipment, baseball diamonds, soccer fields and picnic shelters with grills. The West Creek runs through the park and is a shallow, gentle spot to skip rocks and cool down on a hot day. This box is just North of the West Creek Letterbox.

Easy: 1/2 hour or less to box. But park has hours of exploring.

**** several reports that this box is not where it is said to be but others say it is alive and well. I have not been to check on its status. The root structure is large and has lots of nooks. *****
Clues:

Go down the hill and park by the pits (horseshoe)
Head Westerly on the trail paved with wood bits.

On the path you will go
to the left the river flows

On the right is a tree where many have written
On the right yet again is a stump that is rotten

(Keep following the river you'll descend a short drop in the trail)

To the left you'll see a trunk quite a site,
a tree has fallen its roots to the right. (Large cluster of roots growing horizontal to the ground)

(Walk off the path to this mass of roots it will be above your knees, the trunk above your head)

In the roots at waist high you'll find a bowtie!
