For this box please get a map of the Trout Brook Valley Preserve from the Aspetuck Land Trust at their web site www.aspetucklandtrust.org. The preserve is on Bradley road Weston but can be accessed by other parking lots from the Crow and Jump Hill preserves. Be aware of the hunting borders and that you cannot hunt in Connecticut on Sundays. If you have problems down loading the map there are maps at the site, not at the parking lot but maybe another 100 yards up the white trail (spot #46).
You also might want to combine this box with others in the preserve, just combine them in a word document and then print.

The Burgundian Castle

Go to #4

Take a compass reading of 110degrees. Walk 36 steps in that direction (mostly up the blue orange trail east).

Under rocks at the end of the wall is the “The Burgundian Castle” Letterbox. Please hide very well, because the trail is sooo close. Please contact me if anything is wrong.
