**I haven't been able to letterbox in over 5 years. I am pretty sure this box has gone missing. Anyone who would like to "adopt" this box is free to do so. I can even get the image of the stamp for you if you'd like to replace it.**
There used to be a sign in Bauman Park that makes me laugh whenever I pass it. The image on the sign had been begging to be made into a stamp. Unfortunately, this sign has been replaced by a more tactful one. Even though it has been taken down, the letterbox remains.
Clues:
Park at the last parking lot and start on th path to the left of the highest place in Bauman. There are many benches on which to rest in Bauman Park. Pick the one which offers a view of one of the gazebos at 140 degrees. While sitting on this bench, turn around to see two seperate sections of sumac trees behind you. If you are as lucky as I was, you will notice the summer sun sets directly between the sumac groups. Pass between the two sumac clumps and straight through one and two of a line of four. Find the tree that seems to be reaching out to you and reach back.
