******Currently Missing*****
The tree it was in fell over. I will replant nearby soon. April 1, 2007.

Located at the home of the Valley City Frog Jump, Mill Stream Park..

Travel west on RT 303 about a ½ mile west of RT 252 make a right on Maple Street (Just across the street from the fire station). The park is just ahead on the right.

In 1999 Township Trustees purchased about 23 acres of land next to the Rocky River, west branch, to create this park The park is conveniently located behind the Depot in downtown Valley City ( home to the Jump on Board! letterbox). The name Mill Stream Park was chosen because a mill race ran through the Park area in the 1800's. A commemorative mill wheel, from the Mill Race Ride at Cedar Point Amusement Park, has been restored and is now in place.

Valley City is known as the frog jump capital of Ohio. Every August locals and die-hard jumpers from all over the country converge on this small town and compete to win the coveted title, enjoy a steak roast and good old family fun!

Clues:

Park in the lot and make your way to the playground area.. See the paved path that circles the field...take a walk. Be on the lookout for a yellow birdhouse on a post to the right. Be sure it’s the yellow house. If you have gone far enough you can look south and see the playground. Go into the woods to the East of the birdhouse. There is a large tree broke off at about 6 feet above the ground, the fallen log lays north of the stump. Stand on the fallen log and reach into the stump on the North east side. You’ll find a frog hidden in the crevice.
