Directions: From Raliegh/Apex; take US-1 South. Take the New Hill/Holleman exit and turn left. Go approx. 1.9 miles. You will see a green street sign for "County Park Dr." and a blue sign for Harris Lake County Park on the Right. Turn Right into the drive marked for the Disc Golf course. Park at the far end. Walk up the stone gravel trail until you see a brown kiosk on the Right. This is where the disc golf course starts.
This is the seventh of seven Letterboxes in the Narnia Series. Each titled to the corresponding book. They were my favorite as a child. Encourage READING!!
Bring: Stamp pad -preferably dark gold, compass, Bug spray, water, good shoes. Camera and fishing pole are optional.
Clues: This is a very high traffic area during the weekends. Please be discrete.
Find your way to hole #10. (Hole #8 has a great view and there is also something else about that hole...) Stand in the middle of the 2nd cement platform. Walk 9 paces (1 pace=2 steps) in a 210 degree direction. You should be standing in front of a tree will a little stump in front of it. Look behind. Please cover well! The trail swings back behind the box so please be discrete!!
To get home: Continue counting the holes. You will eventually come out to a gravel road. Turn left and this will lead you back to the parking lot.
