Bring a stamp pad.
Fort Clinch is located at the north end of Amelia Island, Florida's northernmost Atlantic Barrier Island. The address is 2601 Atlantic Ave., Fernandina Beach, FL. The park is located about 16 miles east of I-95. Take Exit 373 off I-95 and follow the signs. There is a park fee of $5 dollars. Park maps are available at the Ranger's station.

After the Ranger's station drive straight ahead (north) until you reach the turn off sign for the swimming and pier areas. Turn right at the sign and follow the road into the main parking lot. Immediately upon entering the main parking lot turn right. On you right there are 16 parking spaces. Count off 10 spaces from where you first turned right or 6 spaces from the southern end of the parking row. Between parking spaces 10 and 11 you will see a small red cedar tree standing about 10 feet back from the pavement's edge. There is also some other underbursh in the area. Just behind the cedar tree in a camouflaged painted container (in ziplock) is the "TWO BEARS" letterbox. Stamp in and replace when done. Usually there are very few cars in this section of the parking lot, most park near the pier or the walkways to the beach. Read the waiver.
