This box has been reported missing.
Directions:
This is part of a series of drive-by boxes along Highway 26o between Central Oregon and Idaho. All are located within fast, easy access to the highway for quick rest stop breaks.
About 15 miles east of little Prairie City is Dixie Pass Campground, on the north side of Highway 26. When you exit the highway at the sign you'll immediately see a 'group picnic area' sign directing you to the west side of the gravel road. Park there.
Clues: On the far north side of the parking area is a bridge that crosses a tiny creek. Cross here and note the trail that branches right off the main path. 15 paces down this less-traveled trail you'll see a stump on the left. The box in in the center, behind branches and bark.
