GRANDMAMAE'S BRAG BOOK
------------------------------------------------------------------
Located in the 10th largest city in the US is Grandmamae's Brag Book.
Where Bl0ss0m Hill and Santa Teresa Streets are parallel, a street named after what Jack Spratt COULD eat runs north and south. About 1/2 way between BH & ST is a small park named after the cross street--Ca1er0
This park shares space with an elementary school named 0ak R1dge. The box is not accessible during school hours because the seeker needs to traverse the elementary grounds to retrieve the box. On the weekends there are sometimes soccer games close by the hidden box and extreme discretion is necessary during those times, although if play is intense, it MIGHT be easy to slip the box out.
Park on Ca1er0 near the intersection and find the pachyderm. From there walk roughly southwest towards the school and where the grass turns into a dirt oval look for a pole which has a sign about dog leash laws. The sign is very high on the pole. This pole marks the transition from the park to the school property. Facing the sign look to your left.
Along the back edge of the fields/park are many homes with a continuous fence. Spy out the one section that is chain link filled with wood slats and covered at the eastern end with jasmine. The western end of this section of fence has a "leaning" pine on private property and a shed. Look for some slats that are broken at the top near the shed. Reach over to find a rope and pull up the bag with the box. BE DISCREET in removing the box and replacing it. The owners of the property are aware of the box, but it is hidden from view on their side as well. Don't forget to log this in at LBNA to let me know you have found it.

SINCE FIRST WRITING THIS CLUE, THE SCHOOL HAS ENCLOSED IT'S PLAYGROUND WITH A FENCE. THE FENCE HAS MANY OPENINGS, FROM THE PACHYDERM FOLLOW THE SIDEWALK TOWARDS THE SCHOOL, ENTER AT ONE OF THE MANY ENTRANCES TO THE SCHOOL PLAYGROUD --- remember that you CANNOT do this during school hours --- FROM THE FENCE BORDERING THE PARK, THE LARGE TREE IS AT THE THIRD HOUSE.
NOT SO MUCH OF A CHANGE, BUT ENOUGH TO BUT SOME PEOPLE!

Box is kid, bike and dog friendly. no elevation gain. requires the use of brains, and is basically a drive-by.
rehiding is easy, as long as it is put back where it was found! Extreme discretion is required at certain times of the day. can be snagged at night as well. Bring your own ink (blue is recommended) and pen.
