THIS BOX IS TEMPORARILY PULLED. It will be back soon.

This box is in Warwick County Park. The park is located off of Rt. 23, between Rt. 100 and Elverson. From Rt.100 S., turn right onto Rt. 23. The turn for the park (County Park Rd.) is on the left. There is a sign for the park on the right hand side of the road. The turn for County Park Rd. is directly after the sign between to houses. The turn is easily missed so keep a sharp eye out for the Park sign. After turning on County Park Rd. the park entrance will be on your left just after the bridge. The park is family and pet friendly. This box is very easy hiking, and suitable for the whole family.

Hopefully, some homemade stamps will be in our other letterboxes. However, this box contains a store bought stamp.

Park in the first lot on the right. From there follow the Horseshoe Trail sign at the far side of the parking lot.
(For extra fun pick up an Adirondack Tree Identification brochure from the box at the trailhead. See if you can identify all of the trees.)
Head on down the trail.
Keep a sharp eye out for the A.T.I. Trail sign and follow it to the left.
Keep track of the signs and see how good you are at counting.
Keep following the A.T.I. Trail, no matter where it goes.
You may think you are going in circles, but don't give up you are almost there.
At the 5th A.T.I. Trail sign, take a bearing of 360 degrees.
On that bearing, take 16 "Dad" paces (1 pace = 2 steps) into the woods.
Look around for the thick, double-trunked tree.
Search the base of the large rock directly behind the tree for the letterbox.

Congratulation on your Tree Adventure!!!
