This Letterbox is very easy-it takes 10 minutes including stamping time!
Bring Your Own Ink Pad!
Inside the box is a hand carved stamp.

This box is located in Chelmsford Center, off Chelmsford Street. Find Cushing Place and take an immediate left into the parking lot that is between the 2 old white buildings (One is the Old Mill House).

Once you are in the parking lot, go to the twin white historical markers which should be to your left. Read about Beaver Brook and the grist and saw mills John Parker built.

Right by the historical marker there is a drain that crosses the parking lot. Follow it to the end, where there is a white birdbath.

From the birdbath, turn left to take about 6 steps along the short wood guard rail. Now, carefully climb over the rail from where you stopped. Hear a babbling brook?

Locate a flat dinner plate-sized rock at the edge of the grass. Lift it up to find your prize.

Remember to re-hide carefully, hidden from view.

Please don’t disturb any of the rocks along the bank. There is only one obvious easily movable rock that hides the prize.
