UPDATE: Reported missing as of summer 2008!
This is an easy one...
Find The Witch. The letterbox is hidden to the left of the Witch's mouth. Look toward the back and you will find the box tucked behind her hair near the base of the green fence. It is covered up with some leaves and twigs.
Please be very discreet when removing this box and be sure to re-hide well. This is a very high-traffic area!
This stamp was carved on-site by FlyingMonkey... who wasn't able to convince Flutterby that it was safe to go in The Witch's mouth :)
