This cache can be approached on foot if the river is down, if the river is up and the beach is flooded to you may have to approach by boat. Don't you just love the uncertainty!
As you are traveling on Hwy 25 between Rice and Kettle Falls Washington you should stop off at Bradbury Beach (to the West of Hwy 25) which in on the Columbia River. Park in the boat ramp parking area.
Walk down to the dock. From the dock go South approximately 1/4 mile. Keep your eyes to the east, you'll be looking for a concrete foundation that time forgot. Climb carefully up the hill (it's crumbly in some areas) to the old foundation. On the North wall is an X, under the X you'll find the cache. I've left a couple of long sticks at the foundation. Do NOT stick your hand in the cache area until you've poked around with the stick. There are rattle snakes in E. Washington. I've never found one in the cache area yet but...
The day we placed this cache we saw 4 Eagles overhead. A good omen!
