This box was Tiger's Treasure, but now it's Tiki's Treasure.
BOX MISSING!
From Route 4 take Route 261 to Bay Front park. Park your car there and enjoy a casual stroll through a canopy of trees down to our lovely little beach. To the right you will see cliffs. These are cliffs filled with fossils from the Miocene epoch. Enjoy looking at them from a distance, but, stay away from them. They are dangerous if you climb on them. If you look to the left you will see a little bridge going over a quaint little stream. Walk over it and walk to the entrance of our 1/2 mile board walk. But before you get too excited stop for a little while and look for sharks teeth at the waters edge.
Take a stroll down the board walk and enjoy the view. If you look to your left you may see our resident ground hogs. we often like to call them Joe. If you see them, wave hello.
Along the way check out the bay you see some Manta Rays. When you come to the first spot where you can head North, South, East, or West, choose east and down just 2 steps. If you go down more than 2 steps, you're not in the right spot. Sit down for a while and enjoy the view. You can often see the Eastern Shore of Maryland on a clear day. Go to the second post. Stick your head underneath the board walk and look behind the post and you will be rewarded with Tiger's treasure. This is a dog friendly beach and board walk. Please put box back neatly and if your 4 legged friend leaves any unsightly presents please be sure to pick them up. There is a trash can for your convenience. If you look up the hill there is a stone garden with roses. Enjoy
Supplies you will need: Water, snacks, compass, camera(optional) and your dog.
Speaking of DOGS...be on the lookout for dog poop!
